As the new software platform Pagan Dating website works now on has more sophisticated settings, you will have to go and edit your profile. First of all, you need an “avatar”. The old software had “profile photos” and it was a little harder to figure out. Just go to the “Dashboard” tab in the top menu (it looks like a miniature odometer) and select “avatar” from the drop-down menu.

From the same dashboard you can edit also your “privacy settings” – which offer you a lot of options.

As you can see, now we have a “Wall” in the profile (similar to the facebook comments wall).

The “Spy” is similar to the “news feed” of facebook – you can see the latest activity over the entire website or just the activity of your friends.

If you want to use the Pagan Dating instant messenger, you will have to download it. You will also have to download the Adobe Air application to make it work. The download links are on the homepage, on the right-hand side of the page. The instant messenger works also in video chat. If you use it, you will not have to log in to Pagan Dating to see who’s online.

We have two more new features: for a small (very small!) monthly fee you can now sell on Pagan Dating, and/or advertise your website as link. The banner advertising is still in place, for the same rates, the same as on the old platform.

You can now embed videos in the blogs and forums. And of course, still can upload videos and music as before.

There are more things coming and I am working on them. Games, and other goodies.
